研究方向:心血管疾病发病机制

心血管疾病是人类健康的“第一杀手”,每年夺走约1790万人的生命。目前人们对于心血管疾病的发病机制尚不完全清楚。本实验室聚焦心肌肥厚和心肌损伤,围绕信号通路转录因子和线粒体,以小鼠为模式动物,运用生物化学与分子生物学细胞生物学表观遗传学等方法研究心血管疾病相关分子的作用机理。
