个人简介

2012年和2018年于中山大学澳门网上赌搏平台学院获得学士和博士学位,2018-2021年于中山大学澳门网上赌搏平台学院进行博士后研究。20219月加入澳门网上赌搏平台澳门网上赌搏平台与技术学院,任讲师,硕士生导师。共发表SCI论文18篇,其中13IF>10。主持国家自然基金青年项目,博士后面上项目等项目,获得江苏省双创博士,澳门网上赌搏平台至善青年学者等荣誉称号。

 

研究方向:转录调控在细胞死亡及疾病中的机制和功能

  1. 转录调控在细胞死亡中的作用机理

       目前,已经十几种不同的细胞死亡途径被鉴定,每一条途径都受不同基因通路的调控,可谓“千亡千面。作为基因表达的起始调控,转录调控在其中扮演什么作用?我们运用多组学分析,分子生物学,细胞生物学,小鼠模型等多种研究手段聚焦不同死亡途径的转录调控研究。

  2. 转录调控在疾病中的功能机制及靶向治疗

       癌基因,抑癌基因等的转录调控异常往往直接介导的癌症产生。我们聚焦于癌症相关基因的转录调控,寻找癌症发生发展的重要调控因子,并以此为基础开发潜在的靶向治疗策略。
