Michelle played as an amateur representing Victoria at the state level before discovering a passion for coaching.
In 1996 Michelle was one of the first PGA qualified females in the country. Michelle has since played on the Australian Tour throughout NSW and Queensland.

Since then Michelle has had a successful career as both a course manager and coach but is now dedicated solely to coaching for bannlynchgolf.

In 2003 Michelle started TG4W at Melbourne Golf Academy with the vision to create a comfortable learning environment for women of all abilities.

One of the unique facilities of TG4W is the very popular one day short game schools.
